Q: What´s included in the event wristband?
A: The Night of the Museums -event wristband (€18) grants access to all participating venues and activities. The wristband also includes free transport on the Museoiden yö / Night of the Museums -buses. Night of the Museums features 25 venues and approximately 100 programme activities. In addition to exhibitions and guided tours, visitors can enjoy a wide range of experiences and activities from music performances to hands-on workshops, quizzes, demonstrations, artist meetings and expert encounters. .

Q: Where can I buy the event wristband?
A: You can buy the event wristband at the following locations: Museum Centre Vapriikki, Library of Juice Leskinen (café Viola-koti), The Finnish Labour Museum Werstas, Himmelblau Printmaking Studio, Museum Milavida, Sara Hildén Art Museum, Nootti, Emil Aaltonen Museum, Tampere Art Museum, Amuri Museum of Historic Housing, and Moomin Museum.

Q: Are the usual discounts valid during the Night of the Museums?
A: No. The usual discounts, such as those for pupils, students, or pensioners, do not apply during the Night of the Museums. The Night of the Museums is a festival jointly organized by museums in Tampere and includes special programmes. Admission to the event is only possible with an event wristband.

Q: Do the Museum Card holders get free entry to the event?
A: No. Discount cards such as the Museum Card are not valid for free entry. The Night of the Museums is a festival jointly organized by museums in Tampere. The Museum Card cannot reimburse part of the fee to the museums, so the museums provide the discount from their own margin.

Q: Is the event accessible?
A: Most venues and programmes are accessible for all. Also, the two buses operating on on the Night of the Museums route are low-floor buses. The programme listing specifies for each programme if the venue or the programme item is not accessible.
